Dr. Clements is a psychiatrist dual board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry. He founded Southeastern Executive Health to do one thing well: bring academic-caliber psychiatry into a private, unhurried community setting.

He earned his MD at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, trained in psychiatry at Cooper University Hospital (where he served as Chief Resident) and completed an Addiction Psychiatry fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. He was named one of the Pennsylvania Medical Society’s “Best Doctors Under 40” (2019) and is a recipient of the Gold Humanism Honor Society Teaching Award.

Dr. Clements is often the doctor patients find after others haven’t had answers, particularly for OCD and complex, treatment-resistant presentations. He also treats ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, and addiction and co-occurring conditions, combining careful medication management with evidence-based psychotherapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.

Before medicine, Dr. Clements earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College and holds two patents as an inventor: a surgical tool for sizing pedicles used in spine surgery, and a multi-component transdermal drug-delivery device. That engineering mindset (measure, test, iterate) still shapes how he practices: “If I am doing my job well, we are both becoming an expert in you.”
