Reach out
Share your contact information and a bit about what brings you in. We respond, typically within one business day.

Complete your forms
We send your intake forms and patient agreement, which covers the fee structure, through a secure portal. Completing them is the single biggest factor in how soon your first visit happens.

Your 60-minute intake
A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, in person or by secure video. Never a rushed intake.
