Learn morePsychiatric Evaluation & Second Opinions
A thorough diagnostic evaluation: unhurried, evidence-based, and direct. Many of our patients arrive after seeing several providers without clear answers; complex and treatment-resistant presentations, including OCD and addiction with co-occurring conditions, are a particular strength of Dr. Clements's practice.
Learn morePsychotherapy
Evidence-based talk therapy provided personally by Dr. Clements, including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. A focused option for patients who want therapy and medication care guided by the same psychiatrist.

Common Questions
What patients ask first
Straight answers about fees, insurance, and how care works here.
See all FAQsDo you take insurance?
No. We are out-of-network with all insurance plans and not enrolled with Medicare. You pay the practice directly, and we provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Visits are typically HSA/FSA-eligible, and your exact fees are provided in writing before your first appointment.
Can I see a psychiatrist in Delaware by telehealth?
Yes. Lori Albright, CRNP is licensed for Delaware patients and sees Delaware residents by secure video, in close collaboration with Dr. Clements. Psychiatrist availability in Delaware is scarce, and our Chadds Ford office is just minutes over the line from north Wilmington for in-person visits.
What does private-pay or concierge psychiatry mean?
It means the practice works for you, not an insurance company. We keep the practice small, visits unhurried, and treatment decisions between you and your clinician. You pay directly per your patient agreement, and we provide documentation (a superbill) for any out-of-network reimbursement your plan offers.
Will I need to stay in treatment with you long-term?
Usually not. Our approach is built around helping you improve and then stepping back, rather than keeping you in treatment indefinitely. With careful evaluation, the right medication, and steady follow-up, many patients reach a point where we can coordinate care back to your primary care physician or therapist. Every person's course is different, and patients who prefer ongoing care with us are welcome to stay. The plan is built around your goals.
